About this package

Some people with stomach symptoms after eating are not allergic at all but have coeliac disease, an immune reaction to gluten that needs its own test. This panel adds tissue transglutaminase IgA to the food allergen work-up so that both are covered. It also includes Phadiatop for airborne sensitisation, and vitamin B12 and ESR to look for the nutritional and inflammatory effects of long-standing gut problems. Taken together, the report helps separate true allergy, coeliac disease and other digestive causes. If you have been avoiding gluten, tell your doctor first: the coeliac test is reliable only while gluten is still in your diet.

The most complete food-related panel: food allergens, coeliac screening (TTG IgA), Phadiatop, IgE, ESR, B12 and blood count.

What does this package cover?

The 7 tests are grouped into 4 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 2 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

The rate at which red blood cells settle in a vertical tube over 60 minutes.

Vitamins, bone & minerals 1 test

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

Allergy 2 tests

Measures allergic (IgE) sensitisation to common food and inhaled triggers.

Other tests 2 tests

Additional tests included in this package.

  • Phadiatop

Phadiatop is a blood test. Phadiatop measures allergic (IgE) sensitisation to help identify triggers behind skin, breathing or digestive symptoms.

  • Tissue Transglutaminase IgA (TTG)

IgA antibodies against tissue transglutaminase, an enzyme targeted by the immune system in coeliac disease.

7 tests included (51 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 7 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 4 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹3,294 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

People with chronic bloating, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, weight loss, anaemia or skin rashes, particularly when several foods seem to trigger symptoms.

How often should you get it done?

Once to establish the cause. Coeliac antibody levels are repeated later only if the diagnosis is confirmed.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Vitamin B12
  • Allergy - Allergy Panel - Food (Veg & Non-Veg) and Total IGE
  • Other tests - Phadiatop and Tissue Transglutaminase IgA (TTG)

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • No fasting is required for this package.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Should I stop eating gluten before the test?

No. The coeliac test works only if you are still eating gluten regularly. Stopping beforehand can give a falsely normal result.

Why is B12 part of a food panel?

Long-term gut inflammation or coeliac disease can reduce absorption of B12. A low value is a clue that the digestive problem has been present for some time.

Does a normal TTG IgA rule out coeliac disease?

In most cases it makes it unlikely, but a small group of people have low IgA and need other tests. Your doctor will advise if needed.

Is any preparation required?

No fasting is needed. Continue your usual diet, including gluten, until the sample is taken.
