About this package

This is the broadest women's package, putting real screening tests next to the markers. The Pap smear screens the cervix and the breast ultrasound examines the breast, while CA 125, CA 15.3, CA 19-9, CEA and AFP cover the markers doctors follow for the ovary, breast, pancreas and gut, and the liver. ESR and the blood count add context on inflammation and blood health. Many markers can rise for harmless reasons, so a flagged value is a prompt for a doctor's review, not a diagnosis. The screening tests carry more weight than the markers.

The most complete women's cancer screen: markers, Pap smear and breast ultrasound, with ESR and blood count.

What does this package cover?

The 9 tests are grouped into 4 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 2 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

The rate at which red blood cells settle in a vertical tube over 60 minutes.

Tumour markers 4 tests

Blood markers doctors use alongside examination and imaging - a normal value does not rule out cancer.

Imaging 1 test

Scans read by a radiologist - done at our Malad West lab.

  • USG Breast

USG Breast is an ultrasound (sonography) examination. Ultrasound of the breast tissue to evaluate lumps and other findings.

Other tests 2 tests

Additional tests included in this package.

  • CA15.3

The concentration of CA 15-3 protein in the blood.

  • PAP Smear - Conventional

PAP Smear - Conventional is a histopathology examination. A pathologist processes the tissue and studies it under the microscope to identify the nature of the lesion and reach a definitive diagnosis.

9 tests included (34 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 9 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 4 health areas together, not in isolation
  • Samples collected at home; imaging at our Malad West lab
  • Costs ₹4,092 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Women

Age group

30+ years

Purpose

Health screening

Women over thirty who want a thorough annual check, particularly with a family history of breast, ovarian or bowel cancer.

How often should you get it done?

As advised by your gynaecologist. Pap smear intervals and breast imaging follow standard screening guidance.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
  • Tumour markers - Alpha Feto Protein (AFP), CA 125 (Ovarian Marker), CA 19-9 (Pancreatic Marker) and Carcino Embryonic Antigen (CEA)
  • Imaging - USG Breast
  • Other tests - CA15.3 and PAP Smear - Conventional

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • No fasting is required for this package.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • USG Breast is done at our Malad West lab - follow the scan preparation we share when you book.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

What do I do if a marker is slightly raised?

Do not panic. Many benign conditions raise markers. Your doctor will usually repeat it and may suggest an ultrasound to look for a cause.

How should I prepare for the Pap smear?

Avoid the days of your period, avoid intercourse, vaginal creams or douching for two days before, and tell us if you might be pregnant.

Is fasting needed?

No fasting is needed for the blood tests.
