About this package

The widest option for men in their thirties and early forties. Beyond the metabolic tests, it adds cortisol to see how the body is handling stress, ferritin for iron stores, and both ESR and CRP to measure inflammation, with homocysteine and testosterone for vessel and hormone health. Thyroid, vitamin B12 and vitamin D complete the picture. It is made for men who want a single report that covers metabolism, hormones and nutrition together.

The complete men's checkup for ages 30 to 45: cortisol, ferritin, homocysteine, ESR, CRP, testosterone, thyroid and the core tests.

What does this package cover?

The 14 tests are grouped into 9 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 3 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

The rate at which red blood cells settle in a vertical tube over 60 minutes.

Iron & anaemia 1 test

Iron stores and red-cell production - the commonest causes of anaemia and tiredness.

  • Ferritin

Ferritin is a blood test. Ferritin checks a vitamin or nutrient level so any deficiency can be identified and treated by your doctor.

Diabetes & blood sugar 1 test

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)

The percentage of haemoglobin in red blood cells that has glucose attached to it (glycated) - since red cells live about 120 days, this reflects average blood sugar over that period.

Heart & cholesterol 2 tests

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Homocysteine

The concentration of homocysteine in the blood.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Thyroid 1 test

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)

Total/Free T3 (triiodothyronine), Total/Free T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone, produced by the pituitary gland to regulate the thyroid).

Vitamins, bone & minerals 2 tests

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

  • Vitamin D (25-OH)

25-hydroxyvitamin D (the combined D2 + D3 form), which is the most accurate indicator of overall vitamin D status in the body.

Hormones & fertility 2 tests

Reproductive and adrenal hormones used to assess fertility, periods, PCOS and hormonal symptoms.

  • Cortisol

Cortisol is a blood test. Cortisol measures a hormone level to investigate glandular function and related symptoms such as fatigue, weight change or menstrual irregularity.

  • Testosterone Total Test

The total testosterone concentration (both protein-bound and free forms) in the blood.

14 tests included (70 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 14 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 9 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹3,787 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men

Age group

30-45 years

Purpose

Health screening

Men aged 30 to 45 with high stress, poor sleep, weight gain or low drive who want everything looked at in one visit.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year. The first report decides whether a later repeat is needed.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC), CRP (C-Reactive Protein) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
  • Iron & anaemia - Ferritin
  • Diabetes & blood sugar - HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)
  • Heart & cholesterol - Homocysteine and Lipid Profile
  • Liver - Liver Function Test (LFT)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Thyroid - Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • Hormones & fertility - Cortisol and Testosterone Total Test

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

When should cortisol be tested?

Early in the morning, after a normal night of sleep, since it follows a daily rhythm.

Why test both ESR and CRP?

They respond over different time spans, so together they help separate recent from long-standing inflammation.

How should I prepare?

Fast for ten to twelve hours with water allowed, and avoid heavy exercise and caffeine that morning.
