About this package

The widest option for women in their thirties and forties, adding two real screening tests to the blood work. The Pap smear screens the cervix for precancerous change and the pelvic ultrasound looks at the uterus and ovaries for fibroids, cysts and other changes. The blood and urine tests cover sugar, cholesterol, the liver and kidneys, thyroid, iron stores, calcium, inflammation and the vitamins B12 and D. It gives a comprehensive picture of women's health in one visit.

The complete women's checkup for ages 30 to 45: Pap smear, pelvic ultrasound, HbA1c, lipids, liver, kidney, thyroid, ferritin, CRP, calcium, vitamins and urine.

What does this package cover?

The 14 tests are grouped into 11 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 2 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

Iron & anaemia 1 test

Iron stores and red-cell production - the commonest causes of anaemia and tiredness.

  • Ferritin

Ferritin is a blood test. Ferritin checks a vitamin or nutrient level so any deficiency can be identified and treated by your doctor.

Diabetes & blood sugar 1 test

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)

The percentage of haemoglobin in red blood cells that has glucose attached to it (glycated) - since red cells live about 120 days, this reflects average blood sugar over that period.

Heart & cholesterol 1 test

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Thyroid 1 test

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)

Total/Free T3 (triiodothyronine), Total/Free T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone, produced by the pituitary gland to regulate the thyroid).

Vitamins, bone & minerals 3 tests

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Calcium

Calcium is a blood test. Calcium is a diagnostic laboratory test carried out on a blood sample. Your doctor may advise it to screen for, diagnose or monitor a related condition, with results reported against standard reference ranges.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

  • Vitamin D (25-OH)

25-hydroxyvitamin D (the combined D2 + D3 form), which is the most accurate indicator of overall vitamin D status in the body.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

Physical characteristics (colour, clarity), chemical markers (protein, glucose, ketones, blood, pH), and microscopic examination for cells, crystals, casts and bacteria in a urine sample.

Imaging 1 test

Scans read by a radiologist - done at our Malad West lab.

  • USG Pelvis

USG Pelvis is an ultrasound (sonography) examination. Pelvic organ ultrasound - uterus, ovaries or prostate.

Other tests 1 test

Additional tests included in this package.

  • PAP Smear - Conventional

PAP Smear - Conventional is a histopathology examination. A pathologist processes the tissue and studies it under the microscope to identify the nature of the lesion and reach a definitive diagnosis.

14 tests included (92 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 14 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 11 health areas together, not in isolation
  • Samples collected at home; imaging at our Malad West lab
  • Costs ₹3,687 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Purpose

Health screening

Women aged 30 to 45 who want a complete yearly review including cervical and pelvic screening.

How often should you get it done?

Blood tests yearly, Pap smear every one to three years as advised.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein)
  • Iron & anaemia - Ferritin

  • Other tests - PAP Smear - Conventional

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • USG Pelvis is done at our Malad West lab - follow the scan preparation we share when you book.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

How should I prepare for a Pap smear?

Avoid your period, intercourse, creams and douches for two days before, and schedule it mid-cycle.

Why have a pelvic ultrasound?

It finds fibroids, cysts, polyps and thickening of the uterine lining that can cause heavy periods or pain, often without other signs.

How should I prepare for the blood tests?

Fast for ten to twelve hours with water allowed, and drink water before the pelvic scan so the bladder is full.
