About this package

A broad check for men with tiredness, low drive, mood changes or weight gain. Total testosterone and SHBG show male hormone status, FSH and LH show whether any shortfall comes from the testes or the pituitary, and prolactin identifies a pituitary cause of low testosterone. Free T4 and TSH are included because an underactive thyroid causes very similar symptoms. It is a first-line screen to separate hormone causes from lifestyle ones.

A male hormone panel: testosterone, FSH, LH, SHBG, prolactin, free T4, TSH and a blood count, with no fasting.

What does this package cover?

The 8 tests are grouped into 3 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 1 test

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

Thyroid 2 tests

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • Free Thyroxine (FT4)

The free (unbound, active) fraction of T4 hormone in the blood.

  • TSH Ultrasensitive

TSH Ultrasensitive is a blood test. A single, highly sensitive thyroid-stimulating hormone test to screen thyroid function.

Hormones & fertility 5 tests

Reproductive and adrenal hormones used to assess fertility, periods, PCOS and hormonal symptoms.

  • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)

Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) is a blood test. Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) measures a hormone level to investigate glandular function and related symptoms such as fatigue, weight change or menstrual irregularity.

  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) is a blood test. Luteinizing Hormone (LH) measures a hormone level to investigate glandular function and related symptoms such as fatigue, weight change or menstrual irregularity.

  • Prolactin

Prolactin is a blood test. Prolactin measures a hormone level to investigate glandular function and related symptoms such as fatigue, weight change or menstrual irregularity.

  • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) is a blood test. Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) is part of liver assessment. It helps detect inflammation, fatty liver, hepatitis and other conditions, often before symptoms appear.

  • Testosterone Total Test

The total testosterone concentration (both protein-bound and free forms) in the blood.

8 tests included (33 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 8 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 3 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹1,593 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

Men with low energy, reduced sex drive, loss of muscle, weight gain or mood changes, particularly over forty.

How often should you get it done?

Once for assessment, then as advised.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Thyroid - Free Thyroxine (FT4) and TSH Ultrasensitive
  • Hormones & fertility - Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Prolactin, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) and Testosterone Total Test

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Can low testosterone be caused by lifestyle?

Yes. Obesity, poor sleep, alcohol, stress and some medicines lower testosterone. Correcting them often helps before any hormone treatment is considered.

Why is prolactin tested in men?

A raised level can suppress testosterone and may point to a small pituitary growth, which is treatable.

Is fasting needed?

No fasting is needed, and a morning sample is preferred.
